Harbor Lane Court is a 4 unit resort, with 3 one bedroom, one bath apartments, and 1 two bedroom, two bath apartment. This small but upscale resort has a relaxing tropical theme throughout, and just opened in late 2016.
All units are ground floor and this little resort has lots of Old Florida charm, with the original 1962 terrazzo floors and cathedral ceilings. All units are full apartments and feature new stainless steel appliances: full size refrigerator with ice maker, natural gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Living and bedrooms feature LED flat panel TVs with cable. The living room has a blue-ray player with Netflix and Hulu that you can stream from our free WiFi (with your account & password) which works throughout the property so you can stay connected. We have hotel quality towels and linens, including beach towels, and also have beach chairs & beach wagons.
The units feature a heated swimming pool, court yard, three gas grills, laundry room, & outdoor showers with hot water. The pool has a small children’s area, and also a 28′ swim lane. Beach chairs, carts & umbrellas provided. We also strive to give you the cleanest vacation rental you have ever stayed in!
Anna Maria Island
Anna Maria Island is one of the most pristine, sugar sand beach islands in the US, and is at the southern mouth of Tampa Bay. You can easily see the Skyway Bridge from her bay side. AMI has a FREE trolley that can take you from the Anna Maria City Pier on the north end, to Coquina Beach on the south end. There are lots of arts and cultural venues throughout the island, and Holmes Beach even has a new skate park. Your whole family will fall in love with Anna Maria Island.

My family and I had our reunion at Harbor Lane Court this summer, and it was perfect! Joan and Olga take such great care of this property, and it has everything you need. The pool was the perfect size, complete with floats and games! The courtyard was just charming. Shaded with large palms and lit at night, it’s the ideal communal spot. The units are spotless and professionally updated. The beach is only a couple of blocks away, a great walking distance, and there are even beach chairs, umbrellas and toys provided!Would highly recommend, and would love to stay again!

We vacationed at Harbor Lane in the Harmony unit and loved it. The property is so nice and clean. All the details from the shady palms in the courtyard to the kitchen with everything you need makes your stay here wonderful from the moment you enter the gate. This was the cleanest beach rental I’ve stayed in. Period. Joan makes an effort to get to know all of her guests and you truly get personalized attention. She was kind enough to make a special trip to help me with a car problem. Very different from the impersonal rentals through other agencies. She truly wanted us to have a wonderful time and made every effort to accommodate us. The pool was great. I was worried about sharing it with others but met some great people while relaxing in the pool. It was super easy to access the beach and Joan provides the cart, chairs, umbrella and other amenities. We did not have to purchase many of the things you normally do with a beach rental (dish soap, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc.), it was all provided. Thank you for another wonderful vacation on Anna Maria Island! I would definitely stay here again and with pleasure.
